Picos Artesanos - dip sticks
Serra de Rodes 'picos' or dip sticks, made to exacting standards by an artisan company in Andalusia. They are crispy little breadsticks made simply with wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, yeast and salt. Picos are eaten throughout Spain with tapas, cheese, wrapped with ham or other meats and eaten as tasty snacks. This artisanal variety is unusual in shape and deliciously crispy.
Combine in your apéro package with a delicious tapenade or hummus dip!
