Definitions

These general terms and conditions means:

The seller: the legal person who offers remote consumer products.
The consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of profession or business and an agreement concluded by the seller.
Consideration: the period within which the consumer can use his right of withdrawal.
Return: The consumer can use his right of withdrawal, this is the possibility for the consumer to refrain from remotely remotely within the reflection time.
Day: working days, i.e., except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Scope

Each order applies as acceptance by the consumer of our general terms and conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement, excluding all other general or special conditions based on consumers, expressly written in writing.

Prices and payment

The offer contains a complete description of the product offered. This always contains the price and the discounted discount. All prices include 21% VAT and shipping costs.

At RAVI you have the option to pay via: Bancontact / Mister Cash, Ideal, PayPal, credit card.

Non-paid orders are automatically canceled by the seller after 3 (three) days.

Any complaint concerning a payment must, in admissible, to be detailed by signed letter or email to be formulated within 5 (five) days after receiving the invoice.

Orders that have been settled with a Gift Card are not reimbursed in cash in a possible return. A new Gift Card is created.

shipment

Products are supplied by RAVI worldwide.

Incorrectly passed delivery addresses are the responsibility of the consumer and can give rise to additional costs.

When the consumer will not retrieve his package in a pick-up point, this will automatically return to us. We can send this again but shipping costs must be paid here. Free shipping is only offered once.

The listed delivery periods are not binding, but are merely given as an indication. No delay in delivery can give rise to breaking the purchase or payment of compensation for the benefit of consumers, except in the event of a deliberate delay. We are not liable for delays at the courier service.

In the event of non-delivery of the goods, any sums paid by the consumer are reimbursed without interest or other reimbursement.

RAVI cannot be considered responsible for damage, theft or loss of goods during shipment.

We do everything to pack and send the goods as well and safely as possible.

Consideration and return conditions

In the context of remote sales to consumers who fall within the scope of the law of 6 April 2010, the consumer has the right to inform the seller that he or she abides the purchase, without payment of a fine and without Declaration of motif, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day following the delivery.

In the event that the consumer relies on this possibility, he must return the goods in original condition, with the original labels, unopened and in the original packaging, at your own risk and costs to RAVI, Wingepark 55C, 3110 Rotselaar, Belgium.

Unfirited returns will not be adopted.

Goods that are specifically designed for the consumer or who can spoil are not taken back and the consumer cannot therefore rely on the right of withdrawal.

The return shipment is controlled by RAVI. After a successful check, the article is settled with you. You can expect a refund in your account within 2 (two) weeks.

Orders that have been settled with a Gift Card are never paid back to a possible return. A new Gift Card is created.

Guarantee

Our guarantee is limited to the guarantee for hidden defects and the guarantee in the event of consumer purchase, both provided for in the Civil Code.

If a product does not comply with the agreement, the consumer must inform the seller of this within 7 (seven) days following the delivery.

Any compensation for this can never be greater than the invoiced / paid amount to the consumer.

Usually or normal wear, unintentional or intentional changes caused by the consumer to the product, it cannot submit an invoice or applicable proof of payment and various negligence are express but therefore non-exhaustive exceptions to the aforementioned guarantee scheme.

Force of the majority

We are not liable for a delay in implementation or for a non-execution of our commitments due to events outside our normal control, included production interruptions, difficulties in supply or shortages of raw materials, workers, energy or transport or delays in transport, strikes, strikes, Work interruptions or other collective labor disputes, who either get ourselves or our suppliers, and even if these events are foreseeable.

Complaints

We cannot be held liable for injuries or damage resulting from using our products.

Applicable law

All agreements concluded with a seller are governed by Belgian law. The Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Disclamer

The copyright on this website and webshop rests with us and among third persons. We have received permission from different suppliers to use text and images.

For most of the products, RAVI uses its own photos. Multiplication of texts or images for commercial purposes in whatever form, is only permitted after prior permission through RAVI.
