Sea buckthorn berries are actually the superfoods straight from our Belgian coast, full of vitamin C and rich in omega 3. They would be good for both the lungs and the gastric mucosa and even for the eyes.
Two years ago Hannes came up with the idea of making the berries an aperitif / liqueur, together with his brother Pepijn. Growing up at the Belgian coast and already playing in the dunes when they were little, they learned to appreciate these little orange ones. After some trial-And errors, Hannes created the perfect recipe that eventually became 'Duno'.
And whether it is a versatile product! You can drink Duno purely, combine with tonic but also make a Dunopolitan or Duno Bellini! We tasted the liquor both pure and with tonic and we were happy😉 Recipes can be found on the Duno website, but off course we also created a original giftbox!
